Research HUB
Together Estranged is a hub for estrangement research. Our own community understanding is strengthened through continued internal research.
Our community members have the opportunity to participate in vetted and validated academic research that impacts estrangement understanding. Research partnerships offer reciprocal data and educational sharing with our organization.
Our Research
Community Needs Surveys
The purpose of the Community Needs Survey (CNS) is to continually evaluate the needs of our community and our services. Both the 2020 and 2025 assessments gathered quantitative (numerical) and qualitative (individual responses) data, in alignment with our founder’s intention that our needs assessment “highlights similarities while also recognizing distinctions that make up everyone’s unique responses” (Together Estranged, 2020).

Together Estranged regards the Community Needs Survey and it’s resulting report as the voice of our community.

Research Partners
External Research Partnerships
Together Estranged welcomes the opportunity to partner with academic researchers engaged in the important work of estrangement study. Upon completion of the Research Project Proposal Submission Form, our Research Committee will evaluate partnerships for publishing and advertising within our community.

Together Estranged recognizes that research in and of itself is an intervention.
