Homework for the sessions include one thing you would like to focus on for the break between meetings. A little bit about Esse, our volunteer facilitator: Esse is learning to really understand how her estrangement is affecting her and her life. She quickly learned that there were many “missing pieces” in her world, and she strives to educate herself, be well resourced for support, as well as share the helpful things she learns to support others. Esse has a plant based culinary background as well as a recent life coaching “mini” certification. She advocates for peer support, creative expression, fun, and healthy living to the best of each person’s ability. Esse is building her health coaching business for plant based health and wellness. In her leisure time she loves to feast on fresh fruit, researching, music, comedy and crochet :).
