About the event
Peace and blessings to you in this season and beyond! My name is Melissa Renn Brown and I love connecting with new people, hearing their stories, and creating personalized yoga practices to improve quality of life on and off the mat. I'm trained in many different modalities in the fields of yoga, mindfulness, anatomy, and developmental psychology.
I've worked with children of all ages for more than 10 years to create an internal atmosphere of calm even when external circumstances are the opposite. These skills have changed my life, and are constant practices I've integrated into my day to day. I can't wait to share some of the magic with you!
On Monday, December 13th at 9am we will tap into the Root Chakra with our yoga practice. We will unpack the parasympathetic nervous system's role in feelings of safety and security, and learn how to create both internal and safe spaces for yourself through grounding strategies and affirmations.
