About the event

Peace and blessings to you in this season and beyond! My name is Melissa Renn Brown and I love connecting with new people, hearing their stories, and creating personalized yoga practices to improve quality of life on and off the mat. I'm trained in many different modalities in the fields of yoga, mindfulness, anatomy, and developmental psychology. I've worked with children of all ages for more than 10 years to create an internal atmosphere of calm even when external circumstances are the opposite. These skills have changed my life, and are constant practices I've integrated into my day to day. I can't wait to share some of the magic with you!

In connecting mind and body, we can operate from a space of deeper integrity with ourselves.
