Join a Community Who Understands.
Our monthly online support group has been running since 2021, and was originally for members of our Private Facebook Group for estranged adult children. It has now been expanded to better support those in our community who do not utilize Facebook.
Group sessions are peer-led, and typically begin with an intro and check-in. They are flexible in that the topics of each session vary depending on member needs.
They are usually scheduled for the fourth Saturday of the month, with registration opening the week before. We'd love to meet you and can't wait to see you there!

Each year, Together Estranged hosts a virtual series of events called the Togetherness Series from November and into December.
We understand that this time of the year can be really lonely and challenging for folks who are estranged. This series of sessions aims to respond to the need for connection and greater understanding. In the past we have held a social mixer in order to offer an opportunity to meet other Together Estranged members, but in 2023 we decided to set up a range of informational and in-depth sessions to suit a different interactional styles.
We have fun games, interesting speakers, and facilitated workshops with raffles, gift cards and more.
