You're Not Alone.
Join a Community Who Understands.
The monthly online support group has been running since 2021, and was originally for members of our Private Facebook Group for estranged adult children. It has now been expanded to better support those in our community who do not utilize Facebook.
Group sessions are peer-led, and typically begin with an intro and check-in. They are flexible in that the topics of each session vary depending on member needs.
We'd love to meet you and can't wait to see you there!

Each year, Together Estranged hosts a virtual Friendsgiving event on Thanksgiving Day (November 24th, 2022) and on or near Christmas Day (called Day of Togetherness) where we build a collective sense of strength to all in the estranged community.
We have fun games for people to get to know one another, raffles, gift cards and more.
Stay tuned for updates on this year's holiday events! See below for comments from last year:

See What We've Been Up To
In early 2022, TE's Executive Director, Seth Forbes, was invited to speak as an estrangement expert at the 2022 Moving Beyond Family Struggles Summit hosted by the Center for Family Understanding. Click below to watch the interview!

Together Estranged has been featured on the Heart of the Matter Podcast, with Michael Ceccon. We've also had him come in and provide workshops/presentations related to mental health and estrangement. Below you can see photos of us in action at events, as well as some of our amazing volunteers.
